On June 10, Hong-min Chun officially took office as the 3rd President and CEO of the Korea Institute for Development Strategy (KDS).

President Hong-min Chun graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Business Administration and earned a Master’s degree in International Studies from the Graduate School of International Studies at Yonsei University. Having previously served as the Head of the Management & Planning Division and the Head of the Global Climate Change Division at KDS, he possesses extensive leadership experience and deep organizational insight, raising high expectations for the future innovation of KDS.

Presenting the core vision of "Grow Together, Beyond ODA," President Chun expressed his strong commitment to establishing new growth strategies in response to the changing ODA market environment and intensifying competition. To achieve this, he emphasized the importance of direct and open communication with executives and staff, actively seeking their input to drive the future operational direction of KDS and foster a collaborative organizational culture.

Moving forward, KDS plans to promote various strategic initiatives to achieve the following key objectives.
